Adoption of the ASME A17.3-2015
The Bureau of Elevator Safety has made official the the adoption of the ASME A17.3-2015 version of the Elevator Safety Code. The major chance on the Existing Elevator is the Door Monitoring requirement.

DOVER DMC Obsolescence Notification
The DMC was a Dover solid state/microprocessor control system for the Oildraulic hydraulic elevators. This controller was introduced in 1985 and was made possibly until 2001. There was also DMC-I/M, for modernization of older hydraulic elevators.
