Routine Inspections
Commercial elevator may need more frequent maintenance than the other systems in your building. With routine inspections you get to catch the small issues before they become a bigger problem causing to shut down your elevator.

Annual Inspections
Florida law requires that elevators be inspected annually, unless they are two-stop exempt elevators, so the routine and callback inspections must have been completed within the last twelve months. If the routine is more than 12 months old, a new routine inspection is required.

Final Acceptance Inspections
It is crucial to do a final acceptance inspection to your new elevator before opening it to the public.
