Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Certified Elevator Technician degree or Elevator Mechanic License
Knowledge and skill in the use of hand and electrical tools such grinders, drill motors, and coring machines
Knowledge and skill in the use of electrical reading and testing equipment, hoisting and rigging equipment, chain tackles, etc
Must be able to lift and carry tools and materials weighing in excess of 50 pounds and be able to raise and carry with assistance items weighing 200 pounds
Responsibilities
Perform complex maintenance, servicing, repair and troubleshooting of elevators and other related machinery and equipment
Investigate problems of electric, mechanical, and/or a hydraulic nature related to the operation of elevators and escalators.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent
1 + years sales experience required
Proven track record selling and negotiating service contracts
Comfortable with cold-calling current and future customers
Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Candidate must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively develop relationships with internal and external customers
Responsibilities
Prospect existing accounts for Open Order sales opportunities
Keep records of client transactions
Visit customer accounts two days per week
Consult with customers on upgrades relating to enhancing safety or reliability
